The staff didn’t really seem to understand and although we had rung ahead to check they did GF they didn’t seem to understand Coeliacs. Did not feel confident about the waitress so spoke to the chef. Although he had a better understanding of what coeliacs was he said he makes fresh bread everyday with a lot of flour so it will likely be in there air. And although he would wipe down the surfaces he couldn’t make promises the food wouldn’t be cross contaminated.
