Restaurant has a separate gluten and lactose free menu. The manager has to be in charge of your order and service to keep it from having any contamination. The chef has their own kit in a case, which houses a chopping board and utensils that are used once then washed. A blue flag is then added to dish so servers know its gluten free. Staff were excellent they were very aware of the issues. Great menu food was lovely. Brilliant experience. Even had a gluten free kids menu. For once our daughter didn't miss out had a super meal.
